Columbus and Phenix City buyers and sellers to benefit from BPRE's Coaching Program, an outcome-driven platform designed to provide support to Georgia and East Alabama real estate agents

Columbus, Georgia — Leading independent real estate brokerage, Bickerstaff Parham Real Estate
(BPRE), announces their latest initiative: simply known as The Coaching Program, it offers a fresh
approach to training and supporting our region's real estate agents. The results are better customer
service, more efficient and productive agents, and overall happier clients.
BPRE, the #1 Independent Firm in East Atlanta and West Georgia, aims to provide the best experience
possible for their clients. Their clients include not only the region's residential and commercial buyers
and sellers, but BPRE agents as well.
Reynolds Bickerstaff, founder, broker, and Chief Executive Officer, together with business partner and
broker, Allen Parham, are dedicated to ensuring their clients and agents get the best value from their
firm.
"Our role as brokers is to support our agents and help them grow. Our agents are MY clients. It is my job
to help them reach their potential so they can not only grow their business, but also provide the best
real estate services around," Bickerstaff shares.
Bickerstaff was a driving force in the development of The Coaching Program, which provides
one-on-one face to face coaching by credentialed professionals to the firm's agents. The program
focuses on discovering the participant's strengths, tendencies, and preferences. Coaching is an
effective way to work collaboratively to identify specific professional and personal goals and work
towards accomplishing these goals.
"The Coaching Program helps agents who want to have control of their financial future build a real
estate business.," he says.
To enroll in the program, agents must first complete a 1-hour strengths finder assessment, that helps
the coaches develop individualized approaches best suited for that agent.

"This isn't a cookie-cutter program," Bickerstaff elaborates. "It is designed to provide value to our agents
by giving them meaningful, actionable, and measurable goals; allowing them to grow their business
through honest accountability.."
The Coaching Program, launched in January 2020, has already begun to support participants. Coaching
services are exclusively provided by a top local independent professional coaching firm, who specializes
in professional development.
This program is actually the third iteration of coaching support that BPRE has provided. The inaugural
version, launched in 2011, was centered around business development, and supplied one-on-one
mentorship from the firm's brokers. The second iteration centered on business development and
self-accountability, facilitated by an internal real estate agent.
The Coaching Program is an evolution of its earlier predecessors, concentrating more on realizing an
individual agent's potential, finding their strengths, and bringing value back to the real estate
profession.
Many case studies have shown the benefits that one-on-one coaching provides to participants,
businesses and customers.
In a case study published by the International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentorship,
researcher Sally Bonneywell examines how coaching supports professional development. This study
found many benefits including:
â—Ź Increased self awareness and self-confidence
â—Ź Awareness of their own self-leadership and goal attainment
â—Ź Improved relationships and empathy towards stakeholders.
