Columbus, Georgia: Columbus based REALTOR® and native, Carson Paris, with Bickerstaff Parham Real Estate, has been recognized as the “2018 Residential Rookie of the Year” by the Columbus Boards of Realtors. Mr. Paris was presented with the "2018 Residential Rookie of the Year Award" at a ceremony held in Columbus on Wednesday, February 20, 2019.
To qualify for consideration as “Residential Rookie of the Year,” a professional and licensed REALTOR® must be nominated by their broker after having met a specific sales production metrics, must have served on a Columbus Boards of Realtors committee, and must be involved in the community in a meaningful way.
Upon receiving the award, Mr. Paris said, “It is an honor to receive this distinction. I am humbled and grateful for the opportunity to serve our beloved community, my esteemed clients, and my fellow colleagues in our growing community of Real Estate professionals.”
Mr. Paris is a Columbus native who is building on long family history of caring for people. “He loves the City of Columbus, our region, and especially the people.” said Catherine Thomas. Mr. Paris grew up watching his grandparents—owners of Paris Real Estate in Concord, GA—invest time and energy into their community to best serve their clients. He then watched his father, Dr. Ray Paris—a Family Doctor in Columbus—wholeheartedly care about his patients’ health, as well as their life journeys; emphasizing the total individual, above and beyond their clinical care. Most recently, Mr. Paris has also witnessed his wife, Carrie Paris—owner of Performance Dance Centre—live out her passion for dance, while nurturing young people through her work. “Our family has a heritage of service. We fully intend on carrying forward this legacy for generations to come. It is a duty and calling we hold dear,” said Mr. Paris.
Mr. Paris emphasizes that Real Estate is more than a business transaction to him; He sees Real Estate services as way to help improve quality-of-life for the people he serves. Mr. Paris believes assisting others in finding the right home is an integral part of his mission. He further exclaims that his personal and professional mission is to help others find joy in accomplishing an important life goal.
