On top of that, she is very talented in photography and videography, which can really sell a home in a world where most people rely on the internet to view listings.  She used a drone to video footage to capture our entire house and yard, and layered images to give the buyer a better idea of our home layout.

I knew Jen personally before my husband and I asked her to help us find our first home - so I knew she was an honest, friendly, caring and meticulous person already.  Zach and I THOUGHT we knew what kind of home we wanted - so Jen took us to them.  Each house she would hear our feedback and starting filtering through new potential houses.  Jen found us the perfect home in almost less than a week (which was scary to us at first but we truly viewed over 10 houses - the lady is just quick!).  The funny part is, is that we ended up with the perfect home for us and is was NOTHING like what we thought we wanted and what we asked her to look for.  She listened and observed at each house and found us the perfect home we didn't even know we wanted.  That intuitive nature makes for the perfect realtor!
