In this Housing Market Update, I've compared the 2nd Quarter from 2017, 2018, & 2019 for Harris and Muscogee County, GA. It's a Seller's Market right now and has been for 2 years. I see no signs of the market changing in 2019, as we are currently in Peak Real Estate Season. Mortgage Rates have remained low and so have the number of days homes spend on the market(DOM).
