A native of Eufaula, Alabama, and a graduate of Agnes Scott College, Kappa moved from Orlando to Columbus with her husband Sam to be closer to family. She is a former educator in both public and Christian schools and a math editor with Harcourt School Publishers. A member of St. Luke United Methodist Church and Treasurer of the Anne Elizabeth Shepherd Home Auxiliary, Kappa is also the former Chaplain of the Columbus Board of Realtors, a former Board local director, and a current Board state director. She and Sam have two married sons and four precious grandchildren. She has a strong work ethic, acute attention to detail, and is very desirous of listening to and meeting her clients’ real estate needs. Very results-oriented, Kappa is licensed in both Georgia and Alabama.
